Air Conditioning Agreement

Maintenance Agreement includes an annual tune up on your System, 1 tune up per year, and a 15% discount on repairs. This agreement covers a normal tune up, replacement of a standard 1” air filter when applicable, and 15% discount on repair services performed by us during the term of the agreement. Installation work that may be needed is not included in the maintenance agreement’s 15% discount on repairs, and will be quoted on an individual basis.

What is Performed at Tuneup?

Replace up to a 1” air filter if applicable

Lubricate motors if applicable

Inspect Wiring in condenser for any rodent nests or burnt connections

Check evaporator coil for blockages

Clear and flush condensate drain

Inspect wiring in air handler for burnt connections

Inspect capacitors for bulges or oil stains

Inspect Contactor

Check condenser coil for debris

Check Refrigerant charge

Start and test A/C
