Oil Maintenance Agreement
Maintenance Agreement includes an annual tune up on your System, 1 tune up per year, and a 15% discount on repairs. This agreement covers a normal tune up, replacement of a standard 1” air filter when applicable, and 15% discount on repair services performed by us during the term of the agreement. Installation work that may be needed is not included in the maintenance agreement’s 15% discount on repairs, and will be quoted on an individual basis.
What is Performed at Tuneup?
Replace up to a 1” air filter if applicable
Replacement oil Filter if applicable
Replacement of Nozzle
Inspection of Nozzle assembly
Inspection of flame retention head
Replace or clean oil pump screen
Visually Inspect oil lines where possible
Visually Inspect oil tank
Adjust oil pump pressure
Check Primary Safety control
Lubricate motors when applicable
Check blower belt if applicable
Vacuum flue passages, flue pipe, and check chimney base
